The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named My Pawtners.
Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Country refers to the country in which the Company is established (Israel), which governs these Terms unless otherwise required by law.
Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to My Pawtners, Nazareth.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
Service refers to the Application and its associated functionalities.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Pet Profile means the profile created by a User for their pet, including essential data such as breed, color, birth date, personality, medical information, and the category (e.g., selling, adopting, rescue, lost & found) under which the pet is listed.
Pet Service means any verified professional pet service (e.g., veterinarians, pet groomers, pet transporters, shelters, pet shops) listed on the Service after a verification process. These providers are identified by a blue verification badge and may offer appointment scheduling features.
Content means any text, images, videos, or other materials that You upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Service.
Apollo Pro means the premium AI-powered veterinary assistant feature within the Application, accessible through a paid auto-renewable subscription.
Subscription means an auto-renewable in-app purchase that grants access to Apollo Pro features for a defined billing period (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual).
In-App Purchase means a purchase made within the Application through the applicable Application Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Free Trial means a limited-duration complimentary access period for Apollo Pro granted to eligible new users, as described in Section 7.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and the agreement between You and the Company. They set out the rights and obligations of all Users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Service is not intended for those under 18.
Your use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of the Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy before using the Service.
End User License Agreement (EULA): These Terms and Conditions constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) between You and the Company for the use of the Application. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, You acknowledge and agree that these Terms serve as the EULA. If You downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store, You also acknowledge that Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the Application. Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims, failure to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or claims by a third party related to the Application.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update it as needed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are solely responsible for any Content you upload, post, or transmit via the Service. By submitting Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute such Content.
You agree not to post any Content that:

My Pawtners is a mobile application designed as a community for pet owners. The Service includes:
The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of advice provided by Pet Services or for any negative outcomes arising from their services.
When scheduling an appointment with a Pet Service, You are required to pay a deposit. The following terms apply:
The Apollo Pro AI veterinary assistant is available through an auto-renewable subscription. By purchasing a Subscription, You agree to the following terms:
Apollo Pro is offered in the following auto-renewable subscription plans. The price for each plan is displayed in the Application at the time of purchase and is charged in your local currency as determined by your Application Store account:
Exact pricing is confirmed in the Application before purchase and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
Eligible new users may receive a one-day (1-day) free trial of Apollo Pro. The free trial is available once per Apple ID or Google account. If You do not cancel before the free trial ends, Your Subscription will automatically begin and the applicable subscription fee will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial period through Your Application Store account settings.
You can manage and cancel your Subscription at any time through your Application Store account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Apollo Pro features until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
The Company does not directly process refunds for Subscription purchases. All refund requests for In-App Purchases must be submitted through the applicable Application Store:
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple Inc. or Google LLC, as applicable. The Company has no control over refund decisions made by the Application Stores.
Each Subscription plan includes a defined token quota for AI chat interactions and a daily limit for photo-based AI analyses. Unused tokens and analyses do not roll over between billing periods. Once your quota is exhausted for the current period, access to AI features will be restricted until your Subscription renews.
Apollo Pro is powered by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). All responses, analyses, and recommendations generated by Apollo Pro are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Always seek the advice of a licensed veterinarian for any questions regarding your pet's health. In the event of an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
Subscription billing and entitlement management are handled by RevenueCat, Inc. (www.revenuecat.com), a third-party subscription management platform. Actual payment processing is performed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC through their respective Application Stores. The Company does not store your payment card details.
All intellectual property rights—including trademarks, logos, designs, and Content—featured on the Service are the exclusive property of the Company. No part of the Service may be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without our express written permission.
If you provide any feedback or suggestions regarding the Service, you agree that such feedback becomes the exclusive property of the Company. We may use, modify, and implement any feedback without any compensation or acknowledgment.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
AI Content Disclaimer: Apollo Pro is powered by artificial intelligence and is intended for general informational purposes only. AI-generated responses are not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, advice, or treatment. The Company expressly disclaims any liability for actions taken or not taken based on Apollo Pro's output. You assume full responsibility for how you use AI-generated content.
The Company disclaims any liability for:
Notwithstanding any damages you might incur, the entire liability of the Company and its suppliers under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if no purchase has been made, a maximum of 100 USD. (This cap is solely a limitation on the maximum liability and does not guarantee a minimum payment.)
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or government actions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its Affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Israel, as determined by the Company.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intent and remain enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged in writing by the Company.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if made available to you in a language other than English. In the event of any discrepancy, the original English version shall prevail.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a material revision is made, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, please discontinue using the Service.
