When You schedule appointments with Pet Service providers, You will be required to pay a deposit. All payment processing is handled by Allpay LTD (www.allpay.co.il), a third-party payment service provider.
Important: Your credit card information and payment details are NOT stored on Our Application or by the Company. All payment data is processed and stored securely by Allpay LTD in accordance with their privacy policy and security standards. We recommend reviewing Allpay LTD's privacy policy to understand how they handle Your payment information.
We may receive limited transaction information from Allpay LTD (such as transaction ID, amount, and status) solely for the purpose of confirming appointments and facilitating the Service, but We do not have access to Your complete credit card details.
Apollo Pro subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All subscription billing is handled directly by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. The Company does not collect, store, or process your payment card information for subscription purchases.
Subscription management (entitlements, subscription status, renewal dates, and plan type) is handled by RevenueCat, Inc. (www.revenuecat.com), a third-party subscription management platform. RevenueCat may collect a pseudonymous user identifier and subscription metadata on our behalf. We use this data solely to verify your subscription status and grant access to Apollo Pro features. When You use Apollo Pro AI features, the following data may be collected and processed:
AI Provider: Apollo Pro's AI responses are generated by Google Gemini, a service provided by Google LLC (ai.google.dev). Your messages and any uploaded images are transmitted to the Google Gemini API for processing. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the applicable API terms of service. We do not use your data to train AI models.
